TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern access to the Eldevar Online website, launcher, game, accounts, community features, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to consent for a minor, you represent that you have that consent. Do not use the Service if you are under 13. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.

2. License and ownership

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the Service for non-commercial entertainment. The Service, software, artwork, names, and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders. No ownership interest in accounts, characters, virtual currency, or virtual items is transferred to you.

3. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with servers, evade security or moderation, access another person's account, harass others, impersonate people, distribute malware, scrape the Service, trade accounts or virtual property for real money, or use the Service unlawfully. Report security issues privately rather than exploiting or publishing them while players remain at risk.

4. Playtest changes and availability

Eldevar Online is currently a playtest. Features, balance, characters, progression, and availability may change. Maintenance, defects, capacity limits, or discontinuation may interrupt access. We may reset playtest data when reasonably needed for testing, security, or game integrity, with notice when practical.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect players, the Service, or legal obligations. Serious security, fraud, cheating, or safety violations may be acted on without advance notice. You may contact support to ask for review.

6. User communications

You are responsible for content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and moderate that content solely to operate and protect the Service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the playtest Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes receive a new effective version and require renewed acceptance before a new account can be created. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where law permits. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
